57-year-old attempted homicide suspect arrested at West Bend Cash Store

WEST BEND -- A suspect wanted for attempted homicide was arrested after an observant Cash Store employee in West Bend recognized a woman as a suspect wanted by the Green Lake County Sheriff's Department.

The Green Lake County Sheriff's Department released information to the press on Monday, November 7th regarding 57-year-old Cynthia Stark-Griffin being wanted for attempted homicide.

According to West Bend police, on Tuesday, November 8th, an employee at the Cash Store located on South Main Street in West Bend, spotted  Stark-Griffin and called police.

The employee notified the West Bend Police Department. Officers responded to the Cash Store and observed Stark-Griffin's vehicle in the parking lot.

Authorities say officers entered the Cash Store and took Stark-Griffin into custody.

There were no injuries to any citizens or officers.

The Green Lake County Sheriff's Department released information to the press on Monday, November 7th regarding Stark-Griffin being wanted for attempted homicide.
