SHEBOYGAN COUNTY — An 80-year-old Cascade man was killed in a crash involving his vehicle and a “vacuum tanker.”

It happened Tuesday, November 8th around 1:30 p.m. at the intersection of County Road V and County Road NN in the Town of Lyndon.

Officials with the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office say the Cascade man’s vehicle was headed southbound, and failed to yield the right-of-way to the eastbound vacuum tanker.

The operator of the vacuum tanker wasn’t hurt.

Alcohol and speed do not appear to be factors in this case.
