WAUKESHA COUNTY — A 26-year-old Pewaukee man is facing felony charges after police say they uncovered child pornography on his computer in his home.

Authorities say 26-year-old Ray Bierbaum Jr. has been charged with two counts of possession of child pornography.

According to a criminal complaint, detectives with the Waukesha Police Department conducted a child pornography investigation through a file sharing network. During the investigation, a detective located an IP address which was sharing videos of child pornography.

A search warrant was obtained and executed at Bierbaum’s residence. There, police found a computer which contained child pornography files.

According to the criminal complaint, officials interviewed Bierbaum who admitted to downloading the child pornography. He told police he downloaded the files and stored them on his computer in a folder labeled “skills.”

Bierbaum now faces two felony charges of possession of child pornography.
