U.S. Marshals: Lifelong friendship ends in fatal shooting on Milwaukee streets

MILWAUKEE -- U.S. Marshals are looking for 33-year-old Eric Bills.  He's a convicted felon wanted for murder.

Agents say Bills was arguing with a friend in the street near Townsend and N.37th Street.  Witnesses say the argument escalated from shouting, to shoving to gun shots.  Agents say the fight was over a "personal" issue.  Eventually witnesses say Bills pulled out a gun and fired several times striking 36-year-old Jamell McMillan.

McMillan was taken to the hospital and later died.  Bills left the scene but now a charge of first degree reckless homicide follows him wherever he goes.

Bills is 5'7" and weighs 170 lbs. He has short dark hair and brown eyes.  Agents say the two men grew up in the same neighborhood a few blocks away from where one life ended and the other changed forever.
