2 men walk into hospitals with gunshot wounds from separate incidents

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are investigating a pair of non-fatal shooting incidents from Friday evening, November 25th.

Around 7:30 p.m., a 20-year-old man walked into a hospital seeking medical help for a gunshot wound. Police say the victim was not forthcoming with information regarding the location or circumstances of the shooting. But it was later determined the shooting occurred near 18th and Windlake Ave. on the city's south side. The investigation is ongoing.

Then around 11:30 p.m., another man walked into a hospital with a gunshot wound. Officials say their preliminary investigation has revealed the shooting took place at about 9:15 p.m. in the neighborhood near 44th and Glendale on the city's north side. The events that led to the shooting are still being investigated.
