Ogden seeks approval for $16.3 million Waukesha apartment project

WAUKESHA — Ogden wants to build a $16.3 million apartment development in Waukesha in the fall of 2017.

122 high-end apartments in two four-story buildings would satisfy a recent lawsuit settlement with the city.

The lawsuit was filed after a development agreement between the company and city stalled, and Waukesha officials requested payments instead of property taxes that were expected from the development.

The Waukesha Plan Commission will review the concept in December.
