West Allis police searching for man who wore wig to rob BMO Harris Bank

WEST ALLIS -- West Allis police are asking for the public's help to identify a suspect involved in an armed robbery that occurred at a BMO Harris Bank located in West Allis. According to police, the robbery occurred shortly after 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, December 3rd. Police say investigation revealed an African-American man, armed with a black Glock-style handgun, entered the BMO Harris Bank located near 70th and Greenfield, and demanded money. Officials say the man received cash and fled the bank on foot. He was last seen running westbound through the yards from S. 71st Street. Police describe the man as a black male, 5'10"-5'11" tall, thin build, late 20s - early 30s. He was last seen wearing a black shoulder-length wig with burgundy highlights, black jacket, black pants, tan hat and black shoes.
