We have an epidemic going on of babies being killed. Nobody is going to convince me that all the babies deaths are just coincidental accidents. There is something seriously wrong with these deaths, and our judicial system needs to step in and create some strong laws regarding this horrendous problem. Seems as if nobody is really taking action against this. How many more little babies must die before people open there eyes to what is going on?

Forgot your high school civics, didn’t you? The judicial branch of government does not create laws, they enforce & interpret them. The legislature creates laws.
      .
But what more laws do you think would correct the problem? Requiring parenting classes, child development (like childcare providers are supposed to have), nutrition, etc.? We already have laws against child neglect, child endangerment, murder, and suchlike, which are often what’s violated in co-sleeping deaths. But they’re not enforced.
