BALTIMORE — President-elect Donald Trump is watching the Army-Navy football game in Baltimore. The president-elect was greeted with cheers as he arrived at the stadium. Mr. Trump planned to watch the first half from the box of a West Point graduate and the second half in the box of retired Marine Lt. Col. Oliver North. Earlier today, Mr. Trump met with Exxon Mobil CEO Rex Tillerson, who is under consideration for the job of secretary of state, according to a person familiar with the meeting.
