PORT WASHINGTON -- Port Washington police are seeking a suspect after the Subway restaurant on Seven Hills Road near N. Wisconsin Street was robbed at gunpoint on Sunday evening, December 18th.

It happened around 6:30 p.m.

Police say a single suspect entered the restaurant, armed with a black, semi-automatic handgun -- and threatened employees and customers.

The suspect was able to obtain cash from the register -- and police say he also detained customers, ordering them to lay on the floor of the restaurant face down, and empty their pockets.

The suspect took cell phones, cash and a credit card from customers and employees.

No one was hurt.
