"Green Bay all the way!" Pep rally pumps up Packers fans ahead of Wild Card game



GREEN BAY -- Fans in Green Bay are in full party mode ahead of the Packers-Giants matchup on Sunday, January 8th. More than 1,000 people cheered on the Pack at a tailgate Saturday, January 7th.

Inside the Tundra Tailgate Zone, the pep rally is firing up fans hungry for a win.

"It just raises up the level of excitement just that much more," said George Weir, Packers fan.

"My prediction: we will run the table," said Dawn Byrum, Packers fan.

For Dawn Byrum and George Weir, it's a chance to show off their green and gold fashion.

"This is our first outing with our new jackets," said Dawn.

"For the playoff games, you just got to raise it up a different level," said Weir.

People from all over the country come together to bond over the Packers.

"This is a family thing. We love the Packers and we finally got a chance to go to a playoff game at Lambeau," said Bryce Butler, Packers fan.

"All you could say is, 'Go Pack Go,'" said Dan Bennett, Packers fan.

People of all ages let loose, bringing positive predictions.

"I think we're unstoppable right now," said Bennett.

They're hopeful for a great game in one of the great places to watch it.

"I love the heritage, I love the history. It's football. Football started at Lambeau if you ask me," said Butler.

Fans left the Tundra Tailgate Zone perhaps to rest -- they have a lot of cheering to do tomorrow!
