"You brighten up the day:"Meet the local man having a huge impact on our city's youth

MILWAUKEE -- It's not uncommon for people to donate, re-purpose or simply throw away old clothes -- but one Milwaukee man is using his dingy old hats and worn out shirts as a blank canvas for his art.

And that art, his personality and drive are helping youth in his community.
