MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are investigating a homicide that happened Thursday afternoon, February 16th near 64th and Congress.
It happened around 1:30 p.m.
Police said a 36-year-old man, identified as Rainier Sheridan, was located at the scene suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to a hospital, where he later died.
An autopsy is set for Friday, February 17th.
MPD continues to seek a motive and search for suspect(s).
