Snow emergencies take effect in cities around southeast Wisconsin

MILWAUKEE — Now that the snow is beginning to add up, multiple communities in southeast Wisconsin are declaring snow emergencies. They include:

  • Milwaukee County: In effect until further notice
  • Kenosha: In effect until further notice
  • Pleasant Prairie: In effect until noon Tuesday
  • Wauwatosa: In effect until noon Tuesday
  • Greenfield: In effect until further notice
  • Village of Newburg: In effect until noon Tuesday
  • Saukville: In effect until further notice

The snow emergencies will remain in effect until further notice. Most mean there are parking restrictions in the communities affected.
