"I ran to the front. There was a car here and a lady in the car and she was crying. I guess he just picked her up and she was saying 'I just got in the car. I just got in the car,'" Chesser said.

The victim has been identified as Anthony McDade. A friend told FOX6 News McDade was a loving father to his kids, and he worked hard and had love for everybody. He said McDade enjoyed sports, music and his city.
