Medical examiner investigates possible co-sleeping death of 2-month-old on city's north side

MILWAUKEE -- Officials with the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office said they'reinvestigating the death of a two-month-old baby, which happened near 95th and Brown Deer on the city's north side.

Officials were called to the scene Wednesday morning, March 22nd.

According to the medical examiner, initial reports indicate the infant was co-sleeping with its mother in an adult bed. The baby was pronounced dead shortly before 6:30 a.m.

An autopsy has been scheduled for Thursday.
