ALL CLEAR: Lanes of on ramp at US 45 NB near Silver Spring reopen following pavement buckling

MILWAUKEE -- The Wisconsin Department of Transportation shut down two right lanes of the on ramp of US 45 northbound near Silver Spring Drive in Milwaukee, due to pavement buckling Tuesday afternoon, April 18th.

It took less than one hour to repair.
