BAY VIEW — An investigation is underway after vandals struck at Humboldt Park in Bay View.

The suspects tagged the World War I memorial. On Wednesday, May 3rd, graffiti covered several parts of the structure.

The World War I memorial was dedicated back in 1921, honoring soldiers from Bay View who died in the war between 1917 and 1918.
