Disabled semi snarls traffic on I-94 WB at Highway 100, expect delays

MILWAUKEE -- A disabled semi temporarily blocked the right lane of traffic on westbound I-94 near Highway 100 on Thursday morning, May 11th. All lanes reopened shortly before 8:30 a.m.
