1 in critical condition following rollover crash on I-41 near Holy Hill Road

WASHINGTON COUNTY -- One person was taken to the hospital by Flight for Life following a single-vehicle rollover crash on I-41 in Washington County on Saturday, July 1st. The crash temporarily shut down 1-41 near Holy Hill Road.

Authorities were dispatched to the scene around 10:40 a.m.

Upon arrival, officials found a vehicle on its roof, with one victim trapped.

Germantown firefighters extricated the victim with the assistance of two Racine firefighters and a physician who were passing by.

Flight for Life was requested to the scene.

Germantown Fire Department EMS personnel stabilized the patient until the arrival of Flight for Life.

The patient was transported to the Froedtert Hospital Trauma Center in critical condition.
