No one hurt after police SUV caught fire at Fond du Lac County Health Care Center

FOND DU LAC -- Officials responded to a police SUV on fire at the Fond du Lac County Health Care Center Thursday, July 20th.

The Fond du Lac Fire Department tweeted pictures from the scene showing flames black smoke coming from the SUV.

Fire officials said in the tweet the fire was extinguished, and no one was hurt.

There is extensive damage to the SUV.

Officials say the cause of the fire is not suspicious and appeared to be mechanical in nature.
