Results are in: Primaries to narrow field in 3 Wisconsin legislative races

MADISON -- Results are in from the primary election Tuesday, December 19th to fill late Rep. Bob Gannon's seat. He died in office in October.

Four Republicans were on the ballot for District 58, and with nearly 39 percent of the vote, it would be Rick Gundrum moving on to the general election. He'll face Democrat Dennis Degenhardt.

There was also a primary Tuesday in Racine County, where Rep. Cory Mason resigned after becoming Racine's mayor. Two Democrats are on that ballot -- John Tate II and Greta Neubauer.

The general election will be held on January 16th.

Tuesday's winner will be unopposed.
