Maxies New Orleans BBQ Shrimp Fox 6 Real Milwaukee Demo

Serves up 4-6 people as an appetizer or 2 hungry people.

Sweat garlic with butter & olive oil in a sauce pot until garlic is translucent but not browned.

Add flour and whisk for 3-4 minutes to cook the flour.

Continue whisking and add worcestershire and heavy cream.

Whisk until the sauce begins to thicken.

Add Hot Sauce, rosemary and black pepper.

Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

In a sauté pan heat the olive oil. Just before oil smokes add shrimp. Use a large enough sauté pan to allow shrimp to brown. Cook for 1 minutes on each side, than add sauce to pan and coat shrimp.

Serve with grilled French Bread, or over rice or pasta, or on top of steak, limitless ideas, use your imagination.
