Packers TE Lance Kendricks pleads not guilty to marijuana citation

APPLETON – The attorney for Green Bay Packers tight end Lance Kendricks entered a not guilty plea for him in a marijuana possession ordinance violation case, According to FOX6’s sister station WLUK.

Because it is an ordinance violation case, Kendricks was not required to appear in court. His attorney submitted a written not guilty plea in advance of a hearing which was scheduled for today, court records show.

A pre-trial conference is set for March 9 in Outagamie County court. If convicted, the fine is $326.50.

Kendricks was pulled over Sept. 2 for speeding. An officer smelled marijuana and found the drug inside the glove box.
