"He was able to get back into the vehicle unharmed," said Paul Sanfelippo, GM of American United Taxi.

Sanfelippo said the driver is a long-time and loyal employee.

"He's doing OK. He was unharmed -- just shaky," Sanfelippo said.

Sanfelippo said the driver did all the right things by not resisting. The company often covers safety in quarterly meetings.

"He's a family man, has a few kids, so I think a lot of things go through your mind when you go through a situation like that," said Sanfelippo.

Each of the company's taxis are equipped with cameras.

"It has one front-facing and two rear, including audio," said Sanfelippo.

Sanfelippo believes the video will help police identify and locate the young suspects responsible for the crime.

"Just know that these individuals will be off the streets, and off the streets shortly," said Sanfelippo.

Milwaukee police said they continue to investigate the armed robbery and are searching for the suspects.
