MILWAUKEE — Arcade Fire, with special guest TBA will will headline the American Family Insurance Amphitheater, July 8 — the last day of Summerfest 2018, officials announced Tuesday, Feb. 27.
Hailing from Montreal, Canada, Arcade Fire are a six piece band that have won two BRITs, two Grammys, and have released three records over the last ten years. Their breakthrough album Funeral (Rough Trade, 2004) was nominated for a Grammy for Alternative Album of The Year and as the decade closed Funeral was chosen by Rolling Stone as the #1 album of the ’00s. Arcade Fire will make their Summerfest debut in 2018 touring the band’s fifth album, “Everything Now,” released on July 28, 2017, Summerfest officials said in a statement.

Patrons may also utilize “ticketfast” at Ticketmaster.com to print barcoded concert tickets from home. Convenience fees may be added to all purchases.
Summerfest 2018 takes place June 27-July 1 and July 3-8, 2018, closed on July 2.
