Man, 2 others face prostitution charges after man called to report theft of phone, cash

Scott Peschmann

WAUKESHA COUNTY -- Three people are facing charges after prosecutors say a man who ordered a prostitute off of Backpage.com called authorities to report the theft of his cell phone and cash from his home in the Town of Merton.

Charges are as follows:

Scott Peschmann, 41, of Hartland

    Marla Lebron

    Marla Lebron, 27, of Milwaukee

      Victoria Pena, 24, of Milwaukee

According to a criminal complaint, on March 4, officials with the Waukesha County Sheriff's Department were dispatched to a home on Highway JK in the Town of Merton, where Scott Peschmann indicated three females had been at his home, and had stolen his cell phone and $400 in cash.

        Victoria Pena

He said he met Victoria Pena on the website Backpage.com for "an intimate evening," and he identified the other two -- Marla Lebron and a third woman. He said he left four $100 bills on a desk as a donation for the girls after they agreed on a price of $400 for the evening.

While the price was being negotiated, the complaint says Lebron indicated she had to go to her car, and Peschmann noticed his work cell phone and the $400 was missing.

A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle the women left the scene in, and an iPhone was located in Lebron's purse, according to the complaint.

The complaint says Lebron told investigators she and Pena engaged in sexual activity with Peschmann but the third woman did not. She said Peschmann gave her $100 for her phone bill.

The third woman said she stayed in the kitchen the whole time while Pena and Lebron went into the bedroom with Peschmann.
