In-flight emergency: Plane headed to Iowa from Milwaukee forced to land at Palmyra Airport

PALMYRA -- A plane traveling from Milwaukee to Iowa landed at Palmyra Airport after suffering engine failure Tuesday night, Aug. 20.

Officials with Palmyra Public Safety said the pilot declared an in-flight emergency, and the plane landed safely.

No one was hurt.

The aircraft was not damaged, officials said.
