KENOSHA (WITI) — Kenosha police tell FOX6 News a child was struck by a car near the intersection of 60th Street and 22nd Avenue in Kenosha. It happened just before 6:30 p.m. Police say the child was on his bike when he was struck. He was briefly stuck under the car. Police say the driver remained at the scene.
