"The Beef Lady": veal lettuce wraps

Virginia Hazlett with the Wisconsin Beef Council, or "The Beef Lady," appeared on FOX6 Wakeup to create some Asian-flavored, low-carb veal lettuce wraps. The only flavoring in this dish is a liberal amount of peanut sauce, and in addition to the veal, vegetables are added, including cucumber, fresh mint, and shredded carrots.
