Tracy Wilson with the Wisconsin Beef Council, and an American Heart Association representative appeared on FOX6 Wakeup to discuss the Heart Walk, and the importance of healthy eating, and walking 30 minutes, five times a week for heart health. Tracy demonstrated a recipe for top sirloin, which is one of the lean cuts of beef and has only 150 calories. A nice, lean protein, plus whole grains, fruits, and vegetables can lead to heart health.
