MILWAUKEE -- 97.3 FM Radio Now's Connie and Curtis are hosting their third annual Make-a-Wish Radio-a-thon this week. It's an effort to raise money for the Make-a-Wish Foundation of Wisconsin.

Make-a-Wish turns dreams into reality for children with life-threatening illnesses.

"I get emotional listening to them talk about how much the wish meant to them and how much the wish still means to them. It's the one really good memory that they have from the last few years of their son or daughter's life," said Connie Kellie of 97.3 FM.

The Make-a-Wish Radio-a-thon will be going until 6 p.m. Thursday and again on Friday from 6 a.m. until 6 p.m.

To donate to this cause, call 1-855-231-WISH.
