Landscaping companies hurt by low snow totals

Businesses are enjoying a December and November free of heavy snowfall, because they're not throwing cash at fighting snow and ice. Fadi Haddad at Northern Exposure Landscaping says the his company normally goes from moving dirt to moving snow, but there hasn't been a lot of snow to worry about. Haddad says, "This is something we have to deal with, but we would love to see the snow any day."

Northern Exposure Landscaping has been able to landscape later than usual. They've also been doing a lot of construction projects, and that's helped to cushion the financial blow due to the lack of snow.
