450 Packers fans help clear snow from Lambeau

GREEN BAY (AP) -- Hundreds of people showed up to shovel snow from Lambeau Field in advance of Sunday's Green Bay Packers game with the Giants -- but hundreds more were turned away.

Packers facilities manager Todd Edlebeck says 450 people helped with shoveling, but nearly 800 were told they had to leave.

It takes about four hours to clear snow from the stadium bowl. Fans were paid $10 per hour -- that's $2 more per hour than last year.
Some say it's a great way to make extra money. Others just wanted a chance to work a day inside Lambeau Field.
Edlebeck says the turnout was awesome.
