Macy's is looking to hire for its new store at Southridge Mall, and Wisconsin Lutheran College wants to expand its Bluemound Road campus.

Macy's has 160 positions to fill before its new store opens at Southridge Mall in March. Macy's is hiring for sales positions in cosmetics, women's shoes and general selling and support positions in merchandising and receiving.

Wisconsin Lutheran College wants to expand its Bluemound Road campus. The school has seen a 40 percent increase in student enrollment over the past three years. It reached just over 1,000 students this year - up from 700 in 2009, bringing it close to the point of capacity.

No specific plans are on the table yet, but the college's president thinks the west side of the campus would most likley see the expansion.
