Two injured in snowmobile, four-wheeler collision

FOND DU LAC — Two people were injured after a snowmobile and four-wheeler collided head-on on the Fond du Lac River Sunday evening.

The Fond du Lac Fire Department assisted the Fond du Lac Police Department in handling this crash. A fire department ATV was used to transport a patient off the ice to an ambulance at the shoreline.

Both individuals injured were transported by ambulance to St. Agnes Hospital. The extent of their injuries is not known at this time.

Officials continue to investigate this incident.
