Explosion destroys machine shed in Manitowoc Co.

MANITOWOC COUNTY -- An explosion destroyed a machine shed in Manitowoc County Tuesday afternoon.

It happened near St. Nazianz when some chemical tanks exploded inside a shed.

A man lives on the property, but was not home at the time of the explosion and fire. The man's home was not damaged.

A nearby highway was closed for a short time, but has since reopened.
