In business news for Wednesday, March 14th, 2012 -- Revenue is up for the Marcus Corporation and progress is being made on its new shopping mall in Brookfield. The movie theater and hotel operator reported a 9.6 percent increase in revenue for the third quarter.

Also, the Milwaukee Economic Development Corporation approved a $255,000 loan for restaurant operator Russ Davis. Davis owns Rio West Cantina in Riverwest. He plans to buy a former marina site on Canal Street between Potawatomi and the Harley Museum and turn it into a restaurant.
