MILWAUKEE — The northbound I-43/I-94 on-ramp at Becher Street re-opened Wednesday, April 18th.

Officials say the project costs came in at $415,000, which is about half the cost of the early estimates. The bridge was scheduled for rehabilitation in 2013. The bridge was closed March 16th after a concerning bridge inspection, and had to be repaired.

Zenith Tech, the project team and contractor, undertook an aggressive schedule, demolishing and replacing the bridge with a new asphalt ramp in about one month.
