Gov. Walker declares "Donald Driver Day" in Wisconsin

MADISON (AP) -- Gov. Scott Walker declared Wednesday, May 23rd, "Donald Driver Day'' in Wisconsin following the Packers' star's win Tuesday night on the television show "Dancing With the Stars.''

Gov. Walker said Wednesday that Driver has made the state proud with his win on the dance contest show. Walker says he and his family were excited to watch Driver bring another title to Titletown.

Gov. Walker tweeted during the Tuesday night broadcast that Driver's dance was "perfect'' and "pretty amazing.''

Driver has spent his entire NFL career with the Packers since being drafted in 1999. He holds the team record for receptions.
