FOX6's Ted Perry hops aboard the "Stratosphere"

WEST ALLIS -- The Wisconsin State Fair kicked off Thursday, August 2nd, and FOX6's Ted Perry checked out one of the new rides on the Midway -- named "Spin City" this year.

The "Stratosphere" allows riders to swing 200 feet in the air!
