Sheboygan home damaged after early morning fire

SHEBOYGAN -- The Sheboygan Fire Department responded to the scene of a fully-involved house fire near N. 14th Street and Erie Avenue early Tuesday morning.

Officials say the fire broke out around 6 a.m. on the first floor of a home. At this time, it is unknown what caused the fire.

Right now, firefighters are on the scene putting out hot spots in the walls.

Officials say there were no injuries as a result of the fire.

Fire officials have not released a damage estimate at this time, but say the house is still standing.
