MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee Police Chief Ed Flynn sat down with FOX6 News for an exclusive one-on-one interview where he touched on a number of topics -- chief among them the ongoing controversy surrounding his department in relation to the Derek Williams' death investigation, and Milwaukee County Executive Chris Abele's recently unveiled parks policing plan. The plan transfers power for policing County parks to Flynn's department from the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office.
