Police looking for information regarding 14th, Becher shooting

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are still looking for the suspect involved in a fatal shooting on Tuesday, October 2nd near 14th and Becher. Police have yet to positively identify the 35-year-old victim.

Police say the 35-year-old man was shot and killed around 8:20 p.m. Police believe the man was on his way home from work and stopped at a nearby liquor store. That's when he was approached and shot.

Police also announced a 43-year-old man was shot in the 3200 block of 3rd St. at the same time Tuesday night, but is expected to survive.

Police say this shooting occurred during an apparent armed robbery at Sparkle Foods. Police say the victim is a store employee.
