In business news for Tuesday, October 23rd, 2012 -- Harley-Davidson's third quarter motorcycle revenue has skidded 11%. The dip is due to a drop in inventory as the company's York, Pennsylvania plant installs a new production system, and the company releasing its 2013 models a month later than usual.

The Shops of Grand Avenue in downtown Milwaukee went up for auction, and the only bid came from the lender that foreclosed on the property. Bank of America bought the mall space for $8.5 million. The mall has gone through a series of ownership changes over the years and has never rebounded from its decline in the late 90s.
