Convicted sex offender sentenced for sexually assaulting child counts

WAUKESHA -- 46-year-old Dale Voss, a convicted sex offender, was found guilty of two counts of sexually assaulting a child in Waukesha County.

Voss was first convicted of first degree sexual assault when he was 24 years old. That incident involved two girls, ages four and seven.

Now, Voss was accused of drugging pre-teen girls and putting his hands under their clothing. One girl told police she had been "touched" by Voss on four separate occasions. Voss claimed the girls are liars.

Voss had faced seven counts of first degree sexual assault of a child, but four of those counts were dismissed.

Voss will be sentenced in January 10th.
