Women arrested outside of home of Frank Jude Jr.

WAUWATOSA -- Two women are arrested following an incident outside the Wauwatosa home of Frank Jude Jr.

Police were called to Jude's home just after 2 a.m. on Friday, December 28th. Jude had called police because his ex-girlfriend,  Mary Kay Santiago, was banging on his door over and over again.

When officers arrived at the home, the police report indicates they found Santiago urinating at the corner of the home. She appeared to be highly intoxicated and her speech was slurred. Santiago apparently told police she was invited over to the home by Jude; a claim which Jude denies.

Prior to her arrest, the police report says Santiago refused to take part in any sobriety tests. She "also attempted to flirt with (the officer) several times by stating, 'you're hot' and 'ya know, you're very sexy.' On several occasions, she ignored (the officer's) questions and asked (the officer) personal questions."

When officers asked Santiago how she got to Jude's home, Santiago indicated Theresa Chaparas had driven her there. Police also talked with Chaparas who first denied driving at all. Officers noticed she too was intoxicated. Chaparas refused to allow the officer to test her breath.

Santiago was eventually cited for disorderly conduct. Chaparas was cited with operating while intoxicated first offense.

Jude won a civil settlement against the city of Milwaukee after he was beaten by Milwaukee police officers at a party in October 2004.
