Casimar Kruichak (1-18-13) CAPTURED

SOUTH MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- U.S. Marshals are searching for 30-year-old Casimar Kruichak -- wanted for violating his parole again.

More than a decade has passed in South Milwaukee since the fugitive who goes by the nick-name "Caz" faced sexual assault charges. He was accused of two counts of second degree sexual assault of a child back in 2000.

U.S. Marshals say the judge's sentence initially allowed him to avoid time in prison.

"He essentially did seven years of probation and so long as he doesn't violate he never has to serve the custody time,"

However, law enforcement officials say with about nine months to go, "Caz" was taken into custody for violating his parole in 2007 -- and it wouldn't be the last time.

"Since 2010, he has been in custody three times for other parole violations,"

Kruichak is believed to be hiding out in South Milwaukee -- possibly in the area of Michigan Avenue and South Chicago, or Missouri and 18th Avenue.

Kruichak has a tattoo on his forearm with the letters "C-A-S."

If you've seen him you're asked to call 414-297-3707.
