Pierick pleads no contest to contributing to the delinquency of a child

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Brian Pierick pleaded no contest on Friday, January 25th  to a misdemeanor count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. A felony charge in the case was dropped.

Pierick was accused of exposing his privates to a 17-year-old boy he met on Craig's List. The teen initially told Pierick he was 19-years-old.

Pierick is the partner of Timothy Russell, a former Walker aide convicted of embezzling thousands of dollars intended for veterans.

Pierick underwent an evaluation -- and sex offender treatment was not recommended.

The judge ordered Pierick to complete 50 hours of community service by the date of sentencing, which has been set for Thursday, February 14th.
