Bucks bounce back and beat upstart Warriors

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- After being held scoreless in the first half for a second straight night, Brandon Jennings' offensive game came alive in the third quarter against the Golden State Warriors at the BMO Harris Bradley Center Saturday night to help the Bucks get a 109-102 win.

The Bucks started the second half trailing by four points. That's when Jennings shots began to fall. He scored 18 of his 20 points in the quarter behind five 3 point baskets giving the Bucks a 12 point lead going into the final quarter.

Monta Ellis, who was traded to the Bucks by the Warriors, made key baskets down the stretch, including a 25 foot 3 pointer extending the Bucks lead to 5 with only 32 seconds to go. Ellis finished with 20 points.

The Warriors were led by Stephen Curry's 26 points, but it wasn't enough to give Golden State their first win in Milwaukee in since 2008.

One last note, the bat that interrupted the Marquette game earlier Saturday afternoon did not make an appearance during the Bucks game.
